FWIW: I took one of the black taxi tour rides in Belfast a couple of years ago, & it was very informative & interesting. The driver had some biases, but he was friendly & helpful. We stopped at various areas where he pointed out bullet holes, video monitoring, etc. He gave time for photographing murals, etc.
