I'm a little discouraged by the high rates that show up on the web sites for both of these resorts. I'll be there in January 2005.

(Membership Miles has Hayman listed for 55k points/night).

OK - I think I'm going with Lizard.
Any recommendations on an Anchor Bay Suite VS the Sunset Point Villas? (Same rate for both). I prefer view/closeness to the water, and it's hard to tell just from looking at the resort map on the web site.
