I've stayed at this property on two separate occasions over the last few months.

The 1st stay was on a promo rate and I was informed that elite benefits would not be provided i.e. room upgrade and club access.
I asked about the Platinum amenity and was told it would be provided. Imagine my surprise when I checked in and saw that breakfast was not an option, so when can a property decide what platinum amenity it can provide? I went back and forth with some lady and they eventually gave me the breakfast but for I really had to push them on the issue.

2nd stay was also a promo rate with elite benefits but it included a set dinner in Siam Tea room.
Checked in, no room upgrade and no mention of the set dinner in the tea room, We went to the team room and they worked it out for me.

During both of these stays the M club was closed and they had an area roped off in the lobby.

I really used to love this property but now its just not that special anymore; I guess we can blame COVID and tough times on the industry as a whole but I have also stayed at other properties and brands in the last few months and some of these properties really go out of the way to not say no and provide stellar service during trying times.

And yes the breakfast at Goji is still excellent.
