Got 12k missing and a different story every time I comunicate with them. I have decided to await my statement which I hape has a break down and argue like mad then. Nov is the next statment quater.
I am also having problems with my life insurance points. I have been told that they will only post in my November statement, yet others say they post right away.( ie a month after the first payment)
