I'm honestly shocked at that! There's one agent there in particular who has been nothing short of spectacular for me. She's rerouted flights for me, remembers me by name, when I was last there and has always gone out of her way to get me home even when things go sideways. Remember a thunderstorm several years ago in fact where she really went above and beyond to make sure I made it home in time for my son's Little League game.

Glad you get served well! I rarely fly UA from ATL so I honestly don't have much experience, but now that I think about it, the same gate pass night I was nicely greeted at the gate by who I believe is a supervisor. He had plain clothes and a UA so that is what I base my assumption on that he was a supervisor vs service director.
