I received an email about the 10% back offer on domestic hotels with my WOH card yet when I log into the Chase app, the offer doesn't appear under my WOH card. The 10% offer does, however, appear to be available with my CSP card. Anyone know why this might be? Do you have any other offers available under the Hyatt card?
I received the same email, but with both the legacy Hyatt card and now the new WoH card, I've never been able to see any offers specifically attached to the Hyatt cards. I have several other Chase cards and can see various offers for every other card, but never anything for the Hyatt card, despite receiving emails like this from Hyatt.
I only grew frustrated trying to previously troubleshoot with both Chase and Hyatt, who bounce me from one to the other, so I've given up. Please do share if you get to the bottom of it.
