UA will only post missing flight credit going 12 months back. It has been exceptionally rare (unknown?) to find an error in UA lifetime numbers if the flight was properly credited.
Another factor to check is the flight had to be credited to UA MP to count
Is your number now higher than UA"s --- you originally said it was lower.
Yes it's higher now. I found few old BPs from a couple trips in 2015 I had saved that flipped it the other way. Also BPs from a trip that had an IRROPS which and made my journey longer and I had forgotten about.
Would it help that I can provide those BPs showing my MP# on it? But I still wouldn't know what is missing and what is not on their end to begin with.
