The second instance with a different agent was late at night I wanted a gate pass to get my grandparents from the gate, she first refused a gate pass, then tried lying to me that the flight already landed, then yelling "I'M LOOKIN AT IT" when I offered to show her FR24 that the flight most definitely didn't land. Eventually I had the pass issued but her having the title of "Service Director" and behaving like this is APPALLING.
I'm honestly shocked at that! There's one agent there in particular who has been nothing short of spectacular for me. She's rerouted flights for me, remembers me by name, when I was last there and has always gone out of her way to get me home even when things go sideways. Remember a thunderstorm several years ago in fact where she really went above and beyond to make sure I made it home in time for my son's Little League game.
Just goes to show what a different *one person* can make in this world ...
