I flew YYV-YWG on Dec 20 ---- and then YWG-YYC on Dec 23rd.
Loads were where I expected (roughly 60%) but on the way back the front cabin only had 2 of us (for 9 seats)
Return had no food / snack boxes catered for J. Had the usual beverages / alcohol.
I sent in a note about it on the 23rd ---- I had a CALL from customer relations on the 30th apologizing for not having food, mentioning it has been a challenge with Covid but they were incredibly thankful that I chose to fly with them AND that they would provide a 25% code for 2 years.
If anything - I was mostly shocked that they called - perhaps this is a new attempt at follow ups to get butts back in seats, but it was noticed and appreciated!
