I used United Hotels in February 2020 as well and they credited me the correct amount. In February 2020, I stayed at some of the same hotels that I did in October - so no idea what happened.
I don't have experience MP hotel tie-ins other than Marriott, but I suppose I would try contacting MPSC (
link) and see if they can get things sorted.
It's likely easiest if you can send them a screenshot of the offers.
