I don't want to be emailing CS on every flight, but the service on AA certainly has been inconsistent over the last few months. This was a flight from PHL-MIA-LAX. On the LAX flight, I sat in 4F. I didn't eat breakfast, expecting lunch on the PHL-MIA flight. The MIA-LAX leg was supposed to serve dinner in F. They were out of all meals except the short ribs when they got to me. To add insult to injury, the IFE system at my seat was not working, and every other F seat was full, so there was no option to move.

Alas, I arrived bored and hungry in LAX after 8 hours of flying in F.
