The new longe was very impressive considering this is WestJet. They certainly have come a long way. Their crew still need work, as we had a delay as they attempted to figure out if the guest ahead of us had access.
Hours of operation were not ideal either, but as this is during COVID times, it is understandable. The mobile ordering system was well implemented, and the only thing missing during my visit was the bar. They do not serve alcohol in the morning.
Additionally, I do miss the view from the old Chinook lounge. The new location lacks a direct view however, at least it has some natural light, unlike some other lounges.
