As a rule of thumb, you are NOT going to find F seats for 60K points. As a matter of fact, short of some of sale, 60K would be the minimum going rate for business award seats, they are often higher, much higher, especially if you'd redeem directly from Delta, or with the new VS chart.
Somewhat off-topic since it's not DL, but I'll add this since we're discussing Flying Club redemptions. VS's website is still showing F redemptions on ANA at 110K/120K roundtrip from the North American mainland (as well as Europe and Australia) to Japan. I have no idea how long that will last, but it's the best deal available for F on any award chart that I'm aware of.
