Update: Delta Airlines came through. Delta‘s SkyMiles were finally awarded. KLM never responded and has done nothing, they just sent me in circles with their messaging system. DELTA responded and removed the FB number and credited SkyMiles. Delta is number 1 in my book.

I have always liked flying on KLM in the past. During this pandemic I got to know how they respond to their customers during a crisis and KLM clearly failed. I cancelled several Atlantic crossings booked on KLM awaiting refunds which usually involves Credit Card Charge backs because of the Long time they take to respond.
