Forgot to mention that parking is valet only but I think the hotel's website discloses that. If I received any special treatment as a Platinum I didn't notice it and don't remember what it would have been. The room was very nice but I imagine they all are. I'm not the type to stay at a mediocre hotel that fawns over me as a Platinum, I'd rather just pick the best hotel in town and be done with it. And as near as I can tell, the Edwin is the best hotel in CHA, probably by a comfortable margin over its nearest competitor.

Thinking back to my stay I should point out that there was only one negative: points did not correctly post after the stay. I need to call in and get that fixed now that I'm thinking about it. Not sure why this is a problem at so many Marriott hotels.

Still though a great property, a very good stay, and my #1 pick in CHA.
