Refunding cash component of points+miles booking?
If you cancel your reservation due to C-19 will IHG refund the cash component of a combined points+miles booking? I think the Ts&Cs say they only refund the miles and you lose the cash. Is that the case? If so, has anyone had any luck getting them to allow you to rebook for new dates at no penalty (assuming reward night availability for your new dates)?
