I have no experience traveling in J/F on other carriers, so all I can say is that I'm not displeased with the level of service I've been getting in J... not yet, that is!
Thats exactly what I mean yyznomad - the service is fine one day, and the next you feel as though you are a burden to the staff. As this is the case, there must be people complaining, and if so, why can the service still be so lack-lustre and inconsistent? I've got at least 2 more long-hauls before the end of the year so I'll sit tight and see how it goes.
