Valet is 25 and self parking is 19.
I am not from the area so I can't recommend a cheaper alternative, but this price is on par with most hotels that I've been to at for hilton and Category 4+ at Marriott hotels in Canada.
If you are choosing between self and valet parking, I highly recommend valet. That parkade is a nightmare haha. Maybe things are very different due to COVID though.
