Right, it's not full service. But in Bangkok and Asia in general, service standards are higher, I have been in many other select service hotels which had a bell man nonetheless which is why I was moderately surprised to find out that HP did not. I also generally think of HP as a notch above HIX although I do not have much experience with that brand.
