As it has been mentioned already above my post, neither carrier operates F cabin. Upper Class (UC) is Virgin Atlantic (VS)'s product name for its business class, but in this case if Delta is coming up as the option, then you would be getting Delta, as the operating carrier, again, no F cabin. By the way, we are not talking about domestic F recliner seats.

As a rule of thumb, you are NOT going to find F seats for 60K points. As a matter of fact, short of some of sale, 60K would be the minimum going rate for business award seats, they are often higher, much higher, especially if you'd redeem directly from Delta, or with the new VS chart.
