I've done J on several repeat routes this year including YYZLHR, YYZCDG, YYZYVRHNL, YYZSCL, YYZYVR (a million times), YYZMCO, YYZDEN, YYZLAS, YYZYYC, YYZSFO (and the list goes on...) several short hauls YYZ/YOWYULORD and all I can say that it has been CONSISTENTLY INCONSISTENT. Attentive staff, preemptive staff, lazy staff, frowning/grumpy staff, slow staff, forgetful staff, small main portions, large main portions, no hot buns, forgot to hand out jackets at end, forget to hand out wetnaps for newspapers, forget to ask if anyone wants newspapers, etc. (and many more little things)... I have no experience traveling in J/F on other carriers, so all I can say is that I'm not displeased with the level of service I've been getting in J... not yet, that is!
