fish taco supper (Costco fish - forgot details already!)
Including homemade avocado (I’m just still so happy to make guacamole at home!)
mexican rice made with my homemade turkey stock, instead of chicken broth... I might be onto something!

I am quite sure I didn't know what products were made from pork or beef when I was a kid (not that my parents would ever allow a kid to dictate what the parents were allowed to eat).
And as far as being unhealthy, I am not sure I would count cheeseburgers, fries, grilled cheese as health food. I don't think in moderation pork is unhealthy at all---it is the other white meat.
I’ve heard from kaiser nutritionist that pork is unhealthier than cow.
I didn’t have pepperoni pizza outside my house. I had it at a pool.
