I'm hopeful, but personally don't have any expectations at all. Was forced to cancel several Thailand trips in 2020 and am not planning to book another one until there's some certainty on both entry requirements (without quarantine) and airline schedules. Don't think it will be any earlier than fall 2021 and it could be considerably later.
