In your scenario, the easiest thing to do might be to create a brand new Global Entry application, using a brand new userid on the TTP web site. The downside is that some GE applications are being processed "quickly" and some take about a year (it's random which path a particular application will take). You'll need to use a new email address for TTP web site because that's your "userid" on TTP. If you use Gmail for TTP, you can google "gmail + trick" to see how to use your same Gmail address and yet have TTP see it as a brand new userid.
