I stayed here a few months ago. It was a really nice hotel. As a spire ambassador they gave me a 2 category upgrade (1 is normal) to a suite. The suite had its own name which I've never been given a room like that before. Massive living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Looking for pictures but I can't find any. They delivered fresh fruit and mineral water within 15 minutes of me getting to my room. The desk and work area were nice.

I ordered a pizza from Sarpinos that night and the front desk took delivery from the pizzaman and called my room and asked if I would like it brought to the room. Of course I replied yes, not many hotels do this ever.

And yes, I would second the post above regarding the medical distract and sirens. I was pretty high up and heard a lot of ambulances throughout the day and night.
