My Sentri pass is expiring however I now live on the East Coast, nowhere near a Sentri Office (CA, AZ, TX). They do not process address changes online,over the phone, in writing, or at Global Entry offices, ONLY in person at the border crossing Sentri Offices. Obviously I don't need a new Sentri card but I do need to apply for Global Entry. However this is not possible as the Global Entry office will only process my application if my Trusted Traveler profile is updated by Sentri to reflect my address in FL first. I would be much better off having never been enrolled in the program at this point due to this ridiculous obstacle. The Global Entry people at TPA and MIA are amendment there is nothing that can be done as long as my address is incorrect and they insist they can not update it as I am a Sentri member, not Global Entry. And they indicated even after expiration my old address will continue to fester in the system. I am not even sure I will be able to use TSA precheck anymore because of this. Is there a work around ?
