You can prefer AA's soft product, but there is no doubt that UA has the most superior network out of all the US airlines. This isn't even debatable.
AA is a far superior network for me. The AA hubs are the cities I need to go to. Also AA’s Latin American routes are better for me direct from MIA to Colombia, etc. . I’m also based in the Southeast, so Charlotte serves me better, whereas UA has no hub.
AA’s pricing to Asia out of LAX is another reason I switched.
Love UA and the Star Alliance, but had to move.
