Hardly anyone on this forum will have heard of the place, or would know where it is situated exactly... but a Hampton by Hilton is planned in Gütersloh, NRW, Germany. (source). Actually, Gutersloh is the city of appliances manufacturer Miele and publisher Bertelsmann and has a population of 100 000. Until recently the airport was in use by the British R.A.F. The city is located between Dortmund and Hannover, near Bielefeld.
