absolutely!

i called the ggl today around lunchtime in UK and got through immediately. i had a handful of things to resolve and in total the call lasted 54minutes of the agent actively working on my various issues. he was excellent and i just was so please with how efficiently he managed to sort everything out!

going back to the thread about why status beyond gold, its this--the ggl phone line and how superb they almost always are, like today!
