Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Absolutely

Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive?
Since this October, I already had multiple stay experiences.

1st stay: Booked Shinjuku Suite, received same
2nd and 3rd Stay: Booked Premier Room, Received Premier Suite
Then every: Booked Premier Room, Received Executive Room

How are the rooms?

Shinjuku Suite:

Premier Suite King:

Premier Suite Twin:

Executive Room Type-A:

Executive Room Type-B:

All suites equipped Dyson’s Hair Dryer. Executive rooms equipped Panasonic’s Hair Dryer.
Bath amenities in Shinjuku Suite are different from other rooms, plenty of bath salt selections, bath oils, and body oils.
All rooms equipped SONY 4K TV with streaming service apps like Amazon Prime or NETFLIX.
IN-ROOM Sound system is Vifa Products. Oslo is in Suites, Reykjavík is in other rooms.

How was your complimentary welcome amenity?
Bottle of Champagne or (and) Beer, Fruits, Crunchy Snacks, and a Cup Cake.

Did you raid the minibar? If so, what did you take?
Granted Total JPY2500 value. Sometimes used at hotel bar, sometimes took Coke Zero or (and) Sparking Water or (and) Snacks

Were you offered a Chef's Taste at Dinner, If so, what did you receive?
Yes, received tasty crab omelette, truffle flavored poached egg and etc...

Did you use the free spa credit / did the hotel participate? If so, was it a good value?
No, I have not informed about it. As far as I know, hotel doesn’t have any spa facilities. Only in-room spa has offered.

What was good and what was bad?
[Good]
Super friendly and excellent guest recognition. They provide personalized (Customized) service.
Restaurant provided tasty menus.

[Bad]
None. If nitpicky say, breakfast selections are little bit expensive.

Value for $ or Priority Club Points? Would you return?
Absolutely, I love this hotel!
