I'm assuming that a QF Gold/OW Sapphire flying in economy doesn't qualify to use the arrivals lounge. I could really do with one, as I will tip off the aircraft in DUR straight into the midst of my girlfriend's family. Would be good to look tidy and not smell.

if you have enough time you could go to the t4 ba lounge they have showers there, or if t4 is too far go to t3 admirals club
