I blame my timing for needing to contact them just before Christmas. Phone was useless, and Twitter just passed my message on a week ago ... still waiting. And that was a YouFirst booking, then BAEC Gold phone line, before I defaulted to Twitter in despair.

Otherwise ... yes, they have been brilliant. Including the WFH lady who was amazingly helpful.
