I completely agree, and thank you for starting such a thread, Sparkyfletch.

I have found in pretty much every conversation I have had with the folks in Newcastle, that they have listened really carefully and consistently tried to get the best possible solution or outcome. Usually with success.

Thanks to all. I gave my gold award voucher thingumy to one.

Though waiting time has been variable, sometimes none at all, sometimes quite long, half to three quarters of an hour anyway.
