I have found in pretty much every conversation I have had with the folks in Newcastle, that they have listened really carefully and consistently tried to get the best possible solution or outcome. Usually with success.

Though waiting time has been variable, sometimes none at all, sometimes quite long, half to three quarters of an hour anyway.
