I would take MH suites over BA any time and would take MH in regualr business over BA business

icing on the cake is that if wanting to go to Malaysia, ending up in Malaysia seems a lot better than ending up in Singapore
Yes out of T4 you can indeed use the lovely QR lounge, which I quickly moved to after the “delights” of the MH lounge.

Yes BA uses the the MH International lounges at KUL.

i have only flown MH in business and not business suites or whatever it is called.
