Got a response from the insurance company that said crew timed-out is not covered. The insurance language said it covers "weather" or "equipment failure". Does flight crew count as some type of "equipment failure"? Is there anything else I should try?

What does crew timing out have to do with equipment failure? Not seeing the connection there.
