UA flies a small turboprop SEA-GEG.. and the fares look cheap for either an overnight stay or a same-day turnaround.
Yes, it's a $118 mileage run.. but it's a drop in the bucket when you consider the additional benefits of elite status on UA (versus no status).
I very well could do the MR if the flight on 1/5 would be counted by UAL. I will have to give them a call before doing that flight!
