Was there an alternative offered within an hour or two? My upcoming LHR-EDI was recently cancelled, offered a move to a flight 1.20hrs earlier. Also, Hotline is a commercial ticket so would be eligible for comp, if relevant, however not sure how this sits with the T&Cs of the worker who booked this for you and if it would breach their conditions and losing them Hotline privilege
