Perhaps I’m missing something but if you are going to continue returning to the room every now and then why check in for so long and not split it into smaller stays?

less risk of stays / nights not posting or being checked out without your knowledge etc

Perhaps the properties work differently where you are but I’d think 10 days without any front desk / housekeeping interaction at all would seem a red flag if you weren’t returning.
