OP is definitely high on the room-check list due to Las Vegas Security, and red flag of being Highly concerned about Privacy/DND. See below.
Las Vegas is doing room checks especially after the shooting -
https://www.newsweek.com/las-vegas-g...-hotels-711449. There's another Interesting Loyalty Lobby article about entering rooms:
https://loyaltylobby.com/2017/12/28/...ay-to-inspect/ :
- Guests overly concerned about privacy.
- Guests refusing room cleaning for extended period of time.
- Those taking photos and notes about the hotel.
- Switching rooms a number of times.
- Requesting specific rooms.
- Extended use of DND sign.
- Using cash for payment.
- Guest doesn’t leave the room for extended period.
- Guest leaves the room for extended period.
So the trick is to be as unsuspicious as possible. And also make sure you can pull up your pants in under 3 seconds.
