Did you book the group of 11 travelers as an actual "group" using the KL/AF Group Sales Desk? If not, there are circumstances (esp if any names are very similar) where the reservations and departure control systems will flag the booking(s) and cause all sorts of travel problems. The agent might have added the FB numbers in an effort to resolve the issues.
