In this case non of my passengers even had a FlyingBlue account. The agent at KLM created one or just entered a random number (not sure which one).. Those passengers I book for (some of them small children) are very „analog“ 😃. They don’t even go on the Website. I book the tickets, enter the SkyMiles number and make sure they all get to the airport all right.

I am mostly concerned about about KLM ignoring me. I fly about 100000 miles a year myself and book flights for about 20 people. I always liked KLM but they have been terrible to deal with during 2020.
