What a great idea! Next time when I am gonna rent a Chrysler 200, I will ask a luxury car because don't like seeing premium product go unused and I am good person with Uber rate of 4.59. Yeah, not a perfect Uber 5.0 but still a good 4.59. There is a Hyatt Prive program(not applicable in HP or HH) for those who want more but do not necessarily have a status or are not entitled as you wrote. It is not prohibited to ask, but keep your expectations very low.
