I would guess it won't be opening any time soon - just a guess, based on the club area being indoors/enclosed, the low occupancy rates and the alternative "club access" setup they have.

Instead of the Grand Club, guests with club access can use the beach/poolside restaurant for breakfast, non-alcoholic drinks all day, snacks and cocktails from 6-8. It takes a little longer to get served, but the setting is pretty nice and it works quite well. You also get a check for everything so you end up tipping on the "full price" for drinks and breakfast (I don't know if that was the case in the club before).
