I've witnessed it both on here (certain people bragging about such techniques like how they reserve suites in advance without using TSU or, God forbid, paying) and in person. This kind of behavior isn't fair to those of us that play by the rules, put tens of thousands of dollars into Hyatt, etc. It's called real customer vs. grifter and I know Hyatt will eventually address this with spending minimums to retain Globalist status.
Just stick with the core WOH Terms (easy to find and read) and enjoy the gift you've received from Hyatt in the form of some very very nice perks and benefits. Hopefully this will make you a life long customer and inspire you to rack up 60 nights a year going forward.
I haven't replied to your less than kind reply to one of my earlier posts yet, but I think you need to change the glasses you're wearing to something at least PARTIALLY rose colored. Some of us aren't entitled, nor rich enough to spend 60 nights, but don't like seeing premium product go unused and want to fully understand the legal, legitimate and allowed framework we are operating in to be a good guest. I am very good at reading Terms and Conditions, I actually had a hobby as a young 20's with entering contests, specifically ones that weren't national and had long terms, and won quite a few this way. I am the first one to quit a board game when mom mercifully lets someone break the rules. THAT SAID, experience can be way more valuable than simple terms and legal paperwork... my MLife Gold account would know, 90 percent of their benefits never happen. Do you think this forum would even exist if people weren't here to share experiences and compare terms and conditions notes and find the best way to benefit everyone, the hotel and airline brands included?

Hyatt hotels have internal files at each property that show your individual rating, past stays with that individual property or chain wide and so on.
Oh F !!!!!!!!!!!! I am a very good guest and decent person with 4.98 type Uber ratings and the like, but I've been dating, practically partnered/married to, a boy now that is extremely, medically OCD, bipolar, etc. I really hope the key in your post was INDIVIDUAL and not connected to the main name on the reservation or he will almost certainly be dragging me down. Yikes. Has certain ways to face the sun, asks for microwave, moves bed, I am always "cleaning up" behind him and thanking staff profusely.
