- where did you go?
Currently in Aspen, CO

- rental process/queue
Didn't rent

- lift queue
Pretty respectful overall. Groups are placed together. As a single, you ride on your own in the gondola, and with either one other single, or a couple on the larger lifts (I ask for permission to join a group on a lift, some people say no which is fine). Everyone wears a face covering but most face coverings, including my own, are pretty crappy. I bought some sport masks at costco which are quite comfortable, but they leak like a sieve when you wash them out. Most people's face coverings are similar to this, like a light bandana. A handful of people are wearing N95 masks in the lift line, but they are the exception rather than the rule.

- bathroom situation
As normal. Face coverings required

- cafeteria
Heavily distanced, capacity limited and not very popular

- did you take lunch break, or avoid cafeteria?
I brought my own lunch and sat outside to eat

- shuttle bus to resort
Pretty normal, but face coverings are required and capacity is limited.

- were people compliant with masks / social distance?
See lift line above

- anything else that was different from a normal year?
Its unbelievably quiet. I've never seen a ski resort this empty between Christmas and New Year. I'm not sure if its corona fears, capacity limitation, or something else but I've barely waited more than a few mins in line. Just wish the snow was a bit better

I'll post another review from Taos in a few days

Edit: Just to clarify, I already got covid and recently recovered. That was the deciding factor in me taking this trip. If it wasn't for that, I probably would have stayed at home.
