We’ve got flights booked for next September (possibly brave, I know), BA205 on the 4th and BA204 on the 20th. We booked by phone to use a voucher and BA haven’t taken the rest of the money yet, though the phone agent did say it will take quite a while to take the money. I just looked on MMB today and both flights are now showing as cancelled. Tried to do a booking to check and both flights are still showing as operating. We’ve not had any contact from BA so I’m a little confused. Is this just a MMB glitch or do I need to get in touch with BA for this? I’ve sent a message on Twitter but I can’t imagine they’ll be fully staffed at this time of year so just trying to get a hopefully quicker steer.
