Astrid is not the GM here.
We checked in a few days ago and the GM is Sven, previously at SS and before that Amanzoe. was speaking with him at dinner tonight and he just go here two weeks ago!
Hotel is lovely and the service has been fantastic throughout, so would not expect any hiccups for those with upcoming stays.
