And I'm no closer to understanding what stole that joy from this trip, that could reasonably have been restored during a pandemic? You've told us that almost all the normal elements of that flight were already in place, aside from the water-or-juice service in Y.

Nobody's having a go here, and I'm still asking now the question I asked before - what would have had to change about your flight, that would have made you feel differently about it?

Are you suggesting that other people's attitudes towards COVID are what's taking the fun out of flying? I'm not trying to put words in your mouth, I'm trying to clarify.

Who's disagreeing? I'm just trying to understand what used to be fun, but isn't now.

I'm also curious, you mentioned you'd fly more if flights were cheaper, but we're seeing lots of routes at up to half off what they usually cost. How much cheaper are you looking for?
