You mean other than having one of the most cramped Economy seatings in the industry and using one the biggest messes of hub airports in the world? I'm sure they are absolutely fine in First and Biz class if your origin or destination is London. However, if you are flying Economy class and have to transfer through LHR I would put them way down on the list.
