Exactly. They'll make what DL orders. Perhaps their QC may be a tad higher, and perhaps not. There could always be the bottom line of "we will not make this slop" (a la some of the attorneys / firms quitting the "Challenge the Election" team because the reputation will become too tarnished, or they'd lose their license to ... produce food) but no matter who produces the DL food, it will be "here's the recipe, here are the specs, this is the price. Notwithstanding this, some catering kitchens seem to put out better product, even under the same corp umbrella.
